Hi all, looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday mornings for a ride and perhaps a run. All levels are welcome. We will be starting from Chasewater at 9.00 am and plan to finish by 11.00am.
Run Session 0-5k plus
0-5k , all welcome and no-one gets left behind , a mixture of walking / running for those starting out progressing to faster runners who can go at their own pace. Jen
Park Run
Saturday Mornings 9am at Chasewater. Just register once on www.parkrun.org.uk and you can turn up each week and race over a 5K course and receive timed results the same day! A great way to start your Saturday and join the team in the club house for coffee and breakfast afterwards!
